This poster leaped out at me in my Facebook news feed this evening. I’ve been feeling somewhat brokenhearted today (concerns of loved ones, Bipolar sleep trouble etc). I went into the spare bedroom here, turned on a lamp, and laid down in the bed. I laid my Bible in front of me and began reading in Hebrews about faith and His words were so soothing. I fell asleep, my head by the Bible. I woke up feeling so much better, about an hour later.
Jesus, I’m a troubled sheep coming to Your fountain of Living Water. Please let me sip again, free me. Soothe my tongue, burnt with the ramblings of a frustrated, hurting child. Forgive me, please. In your name,
